The story follows Omar and Khalid, two paramedics with contrasting personalities — one serious and responsible, the other carefree and reckless — working in Riyadh and facing unexpected challenges on the job.

Their lives are turned upside down when they find themselves unwittingly embroiled in a kidnapping plot. The film shines a light on the human side of paramedics and the pressures they face while trying to save lives.

A film that blends comedy, action, and crime — the first Arabic film ever screened in IMAX. A sequel is in development.
